Develop the knowledge it takes to send your athlete to the next level. throughout this course, parents will gain essential tools that will help them navigate the college process including Financial Literacy, Testing Dates (SAT and ACT ), Grants, NCAA rules, required high School Courses, and more. Parents will also be given the ability to have most general questions answered. After this session, parents will have the tools needed to assist their athlete in getting to the next level. Proper nutrition is key to optimizing health and athletic performance. This course presents guidelines for the diet needed to be ready for athletic practice and competition and how to refuel afterward. It gives tips to athletes about eating habits outside of the school environment from professional athletes and coaches. Specific examples are provided for what foods students should and should not eat to replenish their bodies between activities. After this course, athletes will have the knowledge to play at peak levels year-round. The price for this additional course is $100

This course teaches Athletes not just what a resume should look like but what it should say. It walks them through creating the most common sections found on resumes to attract the coach's attention. In addition to helping you determine what information should be included.The athlete's resume will contain contact information, awards, stats, and other essential information the coach needs when recruiting athletes. After this course coaches will validate your athlete for more than their skillset but also their professionalism. The price for this additional course is $50

Graphic Designs will allow athletes to work with a professional videographer to to create a highly recognized tape.
